A Strong Start to 2025: Challenges, Growth & Gratitude
As we enter the summer season, it's a perfect moment to look back at the first half of 2025, a period full of challenges, growth and exciting developments for Three P and the procurement profession.
What a start to 2025!
As most of you have received a “have a nice summer” notice, we would rather like to reflect about what has happened during the first half a year.
On behalf of most of our consultants, a lot of work has of course been about handling the different situations that have occurred in the world during the beginning of the year. We have issues like tariffs, moral standings, increased cost of goods sold, and reclaiming the price jumps that have happened during the pandemic (but the Supplier seems to have forgotten to lower the prices now that the raw materials indexes are down).
Likewise, at Three P as a company has a brilliant first half. Not only in our ambitions of developing procurement as a profession, but also, we have had the benefit of having customers that see the value professional procurement brings. We have managed to recruit several great colleagues while some have moved on to other areas within the profession. Our ambition as a Consulting company is not only to develop our Customers but equally important is the ambition to strengthen our employee’s knowledge. With this said, we believe both our Customers and colleagues have managed to come out with better possibilities due to our ambition as Three P.
All this comes together for us being grateful for both our customers, employees (current, becoming and previous) as well as the Suppliers we have had the benefit of working with. We thank you for the first half of 2025 and are looking forward to seeing what happens in the second half. Exciting times ahead, for sure!
